1. Who this policy covers

JobKit is a consumer digital product operated by VektorIndex. This policy applies to the JobKit website, The Job Search Kit and the human CV review service.

2. Information involved

The website itself does not require an account. Depending on how you use JobKit, the following information may be involved:

  • basic device and page-view information if optional analytics is enabled;
  • your name, email address, order details and billing information entered at Lemon Squeezy checkout;
  • your CV and any role information you choose to provide for a human CV review; and
  • messages you send when asking for support.

JobKit does not ask for or store card numbers, CVV codes or payment credentials. Payment information is handled on Lemon Squeezy’s systems.

3. Why information is used

Information is used only where needed to provide a purchase, deliver digital files, respond to support, perform a requested CV review, keep necessary business records, improve the website or meet legal obligations.

4. Payment and delivery provider

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Its checkout, receipts, digital delivery and related processing are governed by Lemon Squeezy’s own notices and terms. Review those notices before submitting payment information.

5. Analytics

JobKit may use privacy-focused Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate page views and key link clicks. The site does not load that analytics script unless it is configured. JobKit does not build advertising profiles or run a custom customer-tracking dashboard.

6. CV review documents

A CV may contain sensitive personal information. Only include information necessary for the review. Do not include identity numbers, banking details, passwords, medical information or copies of identity documents. CVs are used to provide the requested review and should be deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed for that purpose or associated record-keeping.

7. Sharing and international processing

Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate JobKit, such as hosting, payment, file delivery and communication providers. Those providers may process data in other countries under their own safeguards. JobKit does not sell personal information.

8. Retention and security

Information should be kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, dispute handling and applicable record-keeping requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices

You may ask about personal information associated with a JobKit support request or CV review, or request correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
