JobKit is a digital-product business operated by VektorIndex. It provides practical job-search resources and may offer human CV review services. By buying or using a JobKit product or service, you agree to these terms and any terms shown at checkout.
2. Educational and practical purpose
JobKit resources provide general, practical assistance. They are not legal, recruitment, financial or professional career advice tailored to every person’s circumstances.
3. No outcome guarantee
JobKit does not guarantee employment, an interview, a job offer, income, approval by a screening system or any employer decision. Recruitment outcomes depend on many factors outside JobKit’s control. Results vary.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying every application before submitting it. Information must be truthful and accurate. Do not claim qualifications, responsibilities or results you do not have. AI-generated output must be checked for accuracy, relevance, tone and invented facts.
5. Personal-use licence
When you purchase The Job Search Kit, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, edit and use its templates for your own job applications. You may keep reasonable personal backup copies.
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, upload, share, redistribute or package the original files or substantially similar copies as your own product. You may not remove JobKit notices from guides that you redistribute unlawfully.
6. Payments and delivery
Payments and digital-product delivery are handled through Lemon Squeezy. Prices and any applicable tax are shown at checkout. Access instructions are sent to the email address used for the purchase. You are responsible for entering a working email address.
7. Human CV review
A CV review provides written feedback on the document submitted and the information supplied with it. It is not a full rewrite unless expressly sold as one. Turnaround, submission requirements and scope shown when booking form part of the service terms. The review does not guarantee any recruitment outcome.
8. Free job channel and external links
Job opportunities may change, close or contain errors at their original source. JobKit aims to verify the source before sharing but cannot control an employer or external website. Always check the original listing and never pay a recruitment fee or provide unnecessary sensitive information. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to bypass checkout or delivery controls, interfere with service operation, distribute malware, make fraudulent purchases or use JobKit resources unlawfully.
10. Availability and changes
JobKit may correct errors, update resources, change prices for future purchases or suspend parts of the service. A price change does not alter a completed order. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JobKit and VektorIndex are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the resources, reliance on AI output, employer decisions or third-party links. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Refunds
Refund handling is described in the refund policy and in the terms presented by Lemon Squeezy for the order. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
